Yoga and Wellness at SPD

Students in TU102 (Social Life Skills) had an opportunity to relax and take a break from busy schedules, to learn some useful yoga moves. Students tried numerous yoga and breathing techniques, and learned about the many health and wellness benefits of practicing yoga. It was a fun experience for all, and we hope to do yoga again in the future. Namaste!
