On August 2, 2025, Ajan Siyuan Liu, Deputy Director of the SPD program, traveled to Kunming, Yunnan Province, China, to participate in the Thai Universities Promotional Seminar (TUPS), organized by the Yunnan Around Asia International Education Center. Representing Thammasat University, Ajan Andy delivered an engaging introduction to the Social Policy and Development (SPD) International Program and the university’s core academic values.
The presentation sparked strong interest among Chinese students, many of whom expressed enthusiasm about the unique interdisciplinary approach of the SPD program. The event successfully enhanced the visibility of SPD and opened new opportunities for academic collaboration and international student recruitment in China.
