On Tuesday 7th May 2024, the Dean of the Faculty of Social Administration, Assoc Prof Dr Aushcala Chalayonnavin, Assistant Dean for International Affairs and SPD Director Ajarn Pred Evans, and Deputy Director of the SPD Programme Dr Watchara Pechdin, visited the Embassy of Morroco and discussed a recent visit from Thailand, coordinated by our Faculty, to Morroco to forge academic links, as well as many other potential opportunities for collaboration. The Ambassador of His Majesty The King of Morroco to the Kingdom of Thailand, Mr Abderrahim Rahhaly, the Deputy Head of Mission Mr El Mostafa Trifaia and the Education Attache, engaged with the Dean and our faculty delegation on a wide range of topics, and it was agreed that a formal agreement will be proposed to Thammasat University in terms of a new partnership with Morroco and its higher education institutions as well as its local authorities.
