The SPD Student Council successfully organized the International Songkran Day on 5 April 2023 to promote the common traditional New Year celebrations in the countries of mainland Southeast Asia. Students paid respect to professors and the elderly by pouring flowering and fragrance water in their hands. Our Thai, Myanmar and Cambodian students also shared their interesting stories for this traditional event and brought their own delicious food! We also very much enjoyed local games such as Mae Ngou Aei and Mon Saon Pha.
